How does it fit?

Regular fit: easy through the body and sleeves without looking boxy. Take your usual size; it layers easily under a jacket or overshirt.

Will it shrink in the wash?

Wash it cold and tumble dry low and it keeps its size and texture. Hot washes and high heat can shrink any cotton blend slightly.
